An MCIOB Chartered Construction Manager with over 40 years’ experience, Ken started as a plumber and spent 20 years in a range of senior, project and site management roles.
Ken has managed diverse projects across London, from large framework agreements to high-spec refurbishments in Kensington, Belgravia, and Mayfair.

MICHAEL CROUCH
Responsible for Commercial and Contracting activity at Nuway, Michael began his career in corporate finance, in UK and UAE, and has worked with international contractors for the last 10 years.
Since 2021, he has been running Nuway's commercial, contract and procurement activity. He graduated from Loughborough University in 2008 with a BSc (Hons) in Finance & Management.
