Reliance Wharf
Nuway were instructed to manage a home improvement project on a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, third floor apartment in the Reliance Wharf complex, on the Regent Canal in Islington.
The property had been enjoyed by tenants for over a decade and the owner wanted a full facelift and renovation of all internal features to modernise and breath fresh life into the property.
Scope of Work: included replacing kitchen cabinets, new stone worktops and splashback, new lighting throughout, floor sanding and lacquer, new carpets, new blinds, refurbishment of all windows, new decking, paint and decorate throughout, as well as new fixtures and fittings.
We also managed to save the homeowner thousands of pounds by restoring tiles and regrouting, instead of replacement of tiles in Bathroom 2.
A neat and fresh cosmetic improvement project has been beautifully complemented by the interior design team at Blyth Designs.
