Montrose Place

Refurbishment of exclusive development of luxury flats in Montrose Place, Belgravia. Works included a DOFF clean of the Clipsham Limestone exteriors, and full refurbishment of American Oak doors and windows.

 

This project required careful management around and protection over the slate feature wall, which is itself classified as a piece of art with significant insured value.
